Prima is BRC accredited, as well as Sedex and SALSA compliant, giving our customers the assurance that our processes meet rigorous industry standards. We back this up with a six-month guarantee on all bespoke printed tape: if there’s an issue within that period, we’ll arrange a replacement or credit.
To get the ball rolling on your bespoke tape, you’ll need your artwork prepared and ready to go before your order is placed – we will then handle the technical mockups and production files from there. We work with B2B customers of all sizes, from growing independents to large-scale manufacturers, and you can rest assured that our pricing reflects the quality and service you receive.
